Thermoforming

Our 14 thermoforming machines with both inline and offline die cutting allow us the flexibility to produce large, medium and small volume requirements.  This versatility sets us apart from most other vacuum formers.  As your needs grow we can accommodate large volumes on our state-of-the- art high-speed thermoformers with inline die cutting.

We also offer combination blister runs in multiples of 12,500.  By combining your blisters with several other customers, tool and set up charges are shared creating substantial savings.  Our stock clamshell program enables customers to purchase one or more cases of our full range of sizes from stock with no tooling charges and immediate shipping.

Other requirements that we can satisfy include deep draw up to eight inches, flocked material, styrene or HIPS cosmetic display trays and gauges from 7 to 70 mil.  The addition of a new hot stamp and edge fold (slide blister) machine expands our capabilities even more.
